WHO is THAT?! Linni Meister – a Norwegian glamour model, reality TV star, and now pop singer. Today she releases the song ‘#nofilter’.
What’s it like? WELL. Unbelievably, a star such as Linni only plays the second biggest part in her own song. The main focus of the track is a ridiculously catchy Europop synth riff. But that’s probably for the best – it’s that sound which is the total earworm here. And it should lead to the song gaining notoriety – if not success – in her native Norway.
So what does Linni contribute then? Apologies – we’ve totally underplayed her iconic gasp of “HASHTAG – NO FILTER“. A spoken word line that has been autotuned. Love her.
