Laleh has this week announced the next single to be taken from her ‘Colors’ album. And it’s the first Swedish language single to be taken from there. It’s ‘Goliat’.
It’s an uplifting ballad. Uplifting in its defiant tone, and also via a rousing production. It’s an endearingly pretty number, this one – one which stood out from the album on first listen. Although as good as the song is, our fave bit is the soft piano outro – which cruelly signals the end. Thankfully though, when you then instantly go to repeat the song – you remember that it has a twinned soft piano intro.
