Swedish singer M!ss Me vs a cast of a thousands (well, three) has just turned out an all clubbed up version of Depeche Mode’s ‘Enjoy The Silence’ as her new single. It follows on from her previous tune (and what a TUNE it was) ‘Boyz & Girlz‘.
Depeche Mode purists – look away now (not that we imagine all too many of them will be perusing these pages). Everyone else – take a listen!
There’s really not much more to say about it than that description in the first paragraph – an electrodance track that samples ‘Enjoy The Silence’. But it’s done well, and the original elements boast a fierce production. We love the original, but that doesn’t stop us loving this version too. It pays its respects, and offers up a new dimension under which to enjoy the song. And so we’re going to.
