Peter Wallenberg releases a brand new single and video today, as part of his House of Wallenberg project. It features Jwl B from Yo Majesty, who also featured on his TUNE from last year ‘Be My Lover‘.
‘Love Yourself’ is a frantic and hyper 90s house jam with a self help lyric rapped by Jwl B. Clubland cool in some places, and rave-up mental in others. But it’s sonically seamless rather than jarring in any way. Obviously the mental rave-up bits are our favourite though. Either way, we salute House of Wallenberg’s consistently spot-on tributes to the sound of the 90s for today’s dance floors. He always gets it right.
The single is the theme of a big new Swedish campaign to raise HIV awareness called “Love Yourself Test Yourself”.
