Eric Saade returns to the big P.O.P with the release of his brand new single ‘Colors’. Though this time he’s reinvented himself as an artist, and returned with a whole new sound. A darker and more electronic sound. Like you’ve never heard him before. First taste of this (ahead of a new EP to be released soon) is ‘Colors’, which he wrote in collaboration with Joakim Andrén and Gustaf & Viktor Norén. An eighties inspired, dreamy synthpop track which breaks into a star-lit frolic in time for the chorus and post-chorus. It’s an enthralling listen in which we get to hear him declare that he’s gone “from black and white to colors“. The lyric video, which he released today, sees him tie-in with the sound and style of the song, and goes right back to the 80s for its inspiration.
