This one is quite the epic number. And thus very difficult for any preview clip to do it proper justice. It’s a soaring crescendo of a ballad. Big on the piano, massive on the strings, humongous on the vocals provided from Ms A.C, and devastatingly unsparing on the heartbreak. ‘Watching It Burn’ is on a sadness par with ‘One Last Time’, and is just as sodding good too. It’s actually quite remarkable how ‘Veritas’ didn’t turn out to be a complete ballad fest considering how good she is at churning them out lately. But we’re not complaining of course. *raves to ‘Into The Sun’*
