Ola has today put out the first remix of his current single in Sweden – and the whole thing now gets a release for the first time today in neighbouring Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
The Southern Star has this summer managed to achieve a number 1 on iTunes with the ‘I’m In Love’ single. And he’s also gone and succeeded in setting himself up within a totally different league to his fellow Swedish pop chap contemporaries with the ‘I’m In Love’ video. And we get the impression that he set out to do precisely both, so we imagine he’s a happy bunny right now.
Today he’s released the first remix of ‘I’m In Love’, coming courtesy of Club Junkies vs JRMX. This isn’t one of those silly remixes that changes everything you knew and loved about the song. Nope, it’s a big ol’ commercial dance rave up. The new production ties itself in nicely with the original production, and lends itself tremendously well to the song’s melody. It’s hands-in-the-air and balls-out – just the way we like our dance mixes of pop songs to be.
Ola is giving Scandipop readers a preview of the remix, bless his heart. So here you can take a listen;

Sonically, we’re expecting it to be a very interesting one.
