About the Nordic Music Days Festival
Nordic Music Days, one of the oldest contemporary classical music festivals in Northern Europe, was established in 1888 by the Council of Nordic Composers (NKR). For a third time in its 136-year history, the Nordic Music Days festival will be held in the Nordic region, thanks to NKR’s partnership with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. The first was in Berlin in 2012, and the second was in London in 2017.
