What’s this? Last month Tusse finally went and released the follow-up single to his Melodifestivalen winner ‘Voices’. This is the much-anticipated ‘Grow’ – the music video for which he released last night.
And what’s it like? A feel-good r&b-pop tune with a stylish retro groove, a nice laidback vibe and an undeniably uplifting demeanour. It’s already sounding like another radio hit in the making for him.
What does Tusse say? “It’s not easy being young today and all the challenges kids face each and every day. Not only do you have to find yourself and try to fit in, you also worry about the climate and the environment and what the future will look like. On top of that, you have to fight mental illness, pandemics, racism, sexism, homophobia and so much more. This song is for all young people who keep fighting. This is our fight song.”
