Sweden’s favourite lady singer (or perhaps favourite singer full stop) has gone and released a new single and video. The latest to be taken from her current album ‘Handen i Fickan Fast Jag Bryr Mig’.
She’s gone with ‘Låtsas Som Det Regnar’. Although she’s gone for a new mix of it. Slightly new. Based on the version she’s been performing on her summer tour, this new mix is “influenced by British urban music from the 90s”. It’s trip-hop basically, produced by Jarly. And it’s a genius addition to what’s an otherwise stark and stunning ballad (the new mix comes into play only halfway through the song). Our Ron is renowned for turning out the quirky indie hits, but she also knows how to do a belter of a ballad – and this is one of those WOW ones.
