Congratulations to Anna Bergendahl. Today, her debut album ‘Yours Sincerely’ entered the Swedish chart at number 1. But on top of that, it’s actually sold so much to get there, that it’s been certified GOLD! In its first week!
We’ve had a renewed interest in Anna Bergendahl this week. Admittedly, not because of the album (it’s a bit…erm….slow, let’s just leave it at that), but because of the Niclas Kings remix of ‘This Is My Life’ that has gone on sale on iTunes. It turns the song into a sort of Euro trance version of ‘When Love Takes Over’, and it actually insists on its listener turning the volume up more and more, until it’s finally blasting out its summer evening club rhythms. We’re starting to feel a little bit sorry for our neighbours!
