Readers of these pages won’t have failed to spot the fact that as well being pretty incredible at making great pop music, a hell of a lot of the Scandi popstars that we write about have also been blessed with those enviable Nordic genes also. So they don’t just sound good – they scrub up quite well too.
We’ve already done our round-up of the best music of the year. So let’s turn our attentions to that other aspect worth appreciating. A countdown of the Top 40 hottest guys to have brought us Scandinavian pop music in 2016.
As well as the obvious criteria of having to be male and hailing from the Scandi lands, our only other rule is that they must have been featured on these pages with new music this year.
