WHO?!
Well, she’s the winner of P4 radio’s Svensktoppen Nästa contest, which was broadcast this afternoon.
SVT announced a few months back that one of the thirty two slots in next year’s Melodifestivalen would be given to the winner of this contest – of which the final took place today live on stage in Gothenburg, and streamed on both P4 radio and on their website.
Listeners had to choose between these eight finalists, and their songs. Although it’ll just be the artist that we see in Melodifestivalen 2013, with a brand new song – they won’t be competing with the song they performed today.
So a hearty congratulations to Terese, who is now the first artist confirmed for Melodifestivalen 2013.
