This Friday sees the grand final of the 2016 series of Swedish Idol. Things are slightly more crowded than normal in the Swedish Idol final, as this year we have three finalists instead of the usual two.
In the mix, we have a former Scandipop Award nominee Rebecka Karlsson, the grandson of ABBA’s Benny Andersson and former Melodifestivalen AND Danish Melodi Grand Prix entrant Charlie Grönvall, plus the runaway favourite to take the crown – newcomer Liam Cacatian.
Highlight of the series as always, was original song week, from a few weeks back (more on that here). But if you’ve not been watching this series, below is your handy guide to the what the three of them are capable of on stage – via our selection of three performances from each of them.
