Oh God. They’re back! Timoteij’s first single as a trio and first single in English – released this morning worldwide.
Have they changed their sound at all? Well it still sounds like Timoteij, THANKFULLY. But a progression in their sound for sure. On their last album ‘Tabu’, we got to hear their sound with a dancepop and dubstep (!!!) twist. ‘Wildfire’ is perhaps a more organic version of the melodic folkpop that they’ve been peddling since we first fell in love with them back in 2010.
More to come soon? Well there’s a video for the single which was shot in Jordan and will be released imminently. And they’ve also been Instagramming a hell of a lot of pics from The Studio – so we’d imagine more music is on its way too.
