Icelandic artist ÁSDÍS had a grip on us last summer with the release of her sublime ‘Angel Eyes‘. Now the singer and songwriter has paired up with the German producer Purple Disco Machine on an equally awe-inspiring new single – ‘Beat Of Your Heart’. Synth-styled disco is the star of the show here, with a minor-key melody playing the part of a scene-stealing nemesis – resulting in what’s an exciting amalgamation of both moods. They’ve also gifted us with an extended mix, too; knowing ahead of time that we’d be left wanting more. How very thoughtful of them.
