Finnish broadcaster YLE have already revealed the 7 artists who will be competing in Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) 2023 – Finland’s Eurovision pre-selection which will take place on Saturday February 25th. The songs will be released one every day, for seven days, and today’s entry (the last of the seven!) is Portion Boys – ‘Samaa Taivasta Katsotaan’.
After a decade as one of Finland’s biggest hit-making and party-starting acts, their arrival to UMK is most definitely something of A Moment – they are indeed A Name. They’re also, quite sensibly, sticking with past form. Their UMK hopeful bangs – in the most wonderfully absurd of fashions!
