What’s this? The latest single from Norwegian boyband NorthKid (that’s Håkon, Sebastian, Helge, Bilal and Vegard), ‘Done Fighting’. And after a prior repertoire of love songs, this is their first break-up song.
What’s it like? A mid-tempo, pop-rock ballad that’s been peppered and spiced with some excellent melody composition. It’s a one-listen-and-you’re-in kind of affair.
What do NorthKid say? Lead singer Bilal says: “This is my favorite song so far in my career. It´s about letting go of the relationship of your life even though you are not ready for it”.
