What’s this? The brand-new single and video from Swedish artist Molly Hammar. This is ‘Words’. Which has now been remixed, for that little bit more of a bang.
Who’s done the banging? One comes courtesy of Swedish duo ManyFew, and the other from F9 (one half of the legendary Freemasons).
What does Molly say? “’Words’ is a song that I’ve been wanting to release ever since that hot summer’s day in the studio. It’s about a very common subject…how we seldomly dare to open up and be honest with each other, we just don’t talk about what really matters. I hope this song will make people open their hearts and open up to each other too”
What does Scandipop say? Probably her strongest release since she came back after a lengthy break. If last year’s EP was the sound of her finding her style, these first two singles of 2019 have been the sound of her absolutely mastering it. And it’s awesome to be able to enjoy this new track in a whole new genre, too – with the tempo raised up to its absolute max!
Written by? Molly Hammar, Benjamin Ingrosso and Hampus Lindvall.
More from Molly? Check out her previous single ‘No Place Like Me‘, if you’ve yet to. It’s an unassuming earworm that creeps up on you. Not that you’ll mind in the slightest.
