What’s this? A collaboration between two of the big fan faves from this year’s Melodifestivalen – Mohombi and Klara Hammarström. Together, they’ve recorded and released ‘The One’.
What’s it like? A downbeat but determined declaration of a love song. Determined in that it deploys a simple yet strong chorus melody to really hammer the point home, and hook the listener in to its sentiment.
What does Mohombi say? “To succeed in keeping a relationship together is not something that happens by itself – even a happy relationship requires work. We should love each other, respect each other and fight for each other. We should not give up, we should not leave each other, we should stick together. You’re my ‘The One’.”
