Norwegian music talent Metteson is out with his latest release. And new single ‘Waves’ is quite the stunner, even by Metteson’s high standards. DRAMA is high on the agenda here, and he’s managed to incorporate plenty of sonic theatrics into the song. It veers between morose piano ballad and revenge dance track. And the chorus lyric cuts his wrong-doer deep: “You seem to ride the waves that bring me under. Whatever brings me down, lifts you higher“.
