What? As in THE ‘All That She Wants’? The very one. JTR have become the second Swedish artist (after A*Base) in a month to release a cover version of Ace of Base’s classic 90s hit ‘All That She Wants’.
Why? Why not?! It’s summer, after all. And few songs sound as perfect for the summer months than the repertoire of Ace of Base. Also, for now it’s limited only to a release in Japan.
And what’s it like? It’s a fantastic arrangement which remains pretty faithful to the original, while offering up a new take on it. Less boyband, more first album era Maroon 5. And probably the better of the two new ‘All That She Wants’ remakes floating around. It’s also available as a dance remix.
