Some fever-dream schlager from Finland, courtesy of Jenni & Juho and their new single ‘Tähdet Yllä Suomenmaan’. Now, given our limited (non-existent) understanding of the beautiful Finnish language, it’s difficult to tell just how firmly one’s tongue is planted in one’s cheek here, artistically speaking. But on musicality alone – this song slaps, and that’s that on that.
