What’s this? New music from one of Norway’s most talented, Ina Wroldsen. This is her latest single ‘Matters’.
What’s it like? A reflective song about the crippling thoughts of self doubt that we sometimes allow to creep inside our heads. It’s backed by a piano melody which perversely sounds somewhere between ABBA at their best and the Halloween movie theme at its most sinister. Perhaps an unintentional but nonetheless detectable metaphor for the headspace Ina was in while writing this!
Written by? Ina herself, along with Mike Elizondo. Produced by Arnthor Birgisson.
More from Ina? Last month she released ‘We Are Gonna Live‘.
