Swedish artist Ida Hallquist is out with her very first release since participating in Idol back in 2022. In that time she’s clearly been polishing up her songwriting skills, because her comeback single – ‘Dansa i Köket’ – is packed with some of our favourite elements in pop music. It switches up its tempo half-way through its first verse, it builds and builds courtesy of some delightfully deep bass, and… there it is… the almighty key change as it lives and breathes. We were thrilled throughout.
