What’s this? New music from the Icelandic artist Hugrún – she’s out with the pretty damn sublime ‘Big City’.
What’s it like? Delightfully kitsch pop that brings to mind some of our ’90s indies faves, such as The Cardigans and Dubstar. On it, she’s created an intricate soundscape to get lost in for just over three blissed-out minutes.
Written by? The artist herself, along with Erik Sjöstedt.
More from Hugrún? She’s just released her latest EP ‘Post-Apocalyptic Love Songs‘, also featuring the excellent single ‘Settle Down‘.
