What’s this? New music from Swedish artist Hugo Andersson – his first in a while. He’s back with ‘Mistakes’.
What’s it like? A song about regret, complemented by a production that has a slightly frantic sense of urgency, perhaps to convey the need to repent for those mistakes of which Hugo sings. Which results in some pretty compelling pop!
What does he say? “There is a line in the song about lying awake sleepless while others are continuing their evening without you. I think that’s a very specific feeling you can get when you are hurt.”
