Frans has gone and released a remix EP for his song ‘If I Were Sorry‘ – the Swedish entry to this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. They come courtesy of Syn Cole, Marcus Layton, and Lyar, with the song actually lending itself well to all three dance music interpretations. The Syn Cole one is probably the best – a piano house remake which uses the song to its full potential (with Marcus Layton only using the chorus in his house mix). And Lyar’s topical and tropical house production also unleashes a fully fledged hit song in its own right too. These should extend the life of the song even further beyond its inevitable Eurovision success.
