Swedish artist Fanacy has gone and proper WOWed us with her brand new single ‘Keep On Dancing’. And today she releases the music video for it, directed by Max Marklund. The song is a delightfully mental slice of synthpop with a banging temperament and an enormously euphoric chorus. Infectiously so. It’s utterly ludicrous really, but therein lies all of its charm. And so we asked her if that was intentional:
“I am an independent, free-spirited artist who live out my bubbly, quirky personality through the music I write and perform. It is important for me to inject that aspect of myself into the songs I write – and even though I always aim to entertain and inspire, the first person to please in the creative process is always myself. I believe that this attitude is reflected in my work, creating a music that is empowering, vibrant, strong, and unapologetic”
