Danish-Icelandic duo EYJAA are back with a new tune, following on from their Danish radio airplay chart hit (and Melodi Grand Prix favourite) ‘I Was Gonna Marry Him’. ‘Summer Hungover’ is the brand-new single. The song is all about a short-lived summer romance and the production plays up to all of the carefree frivolity that the subject matter brings to mind. The decision to include a whistle riff was a wise one – setting a tone, painting an even clearer picture, and elevating the song at least two points up in its marks out of ten!
