She’d had an impressive run of three singles, and earlier in the summer Sweden’s Elin Bergman returned with her fourth gem and perhaps best one yet, at that. ‘Sunday’. In keeping with the R&B flavours of her first releases, her ‘Sunday’ is another urban jam – though this time with definite echoes of dancehall. Which has made it even more appealing during the summer months, and a song that we kept coming back to. Over the weekend, Elin released the Calyre mix of the song – which takes the track to even hazier levels. The production on it is a really clever interpretation of the big Diplo-esque sound that has penetrated the 2016 pop soundscape. The song was written by Elin herself, and produced by Benjamin Beard.
