What’s this? Finnish pop icon Chisu has this week returned to music for the first time since 2012, with the release of her brand new single ‘Ihana’.
And what’s it like? A spellbinding slice of electropop. Finland isn’t as celebrated for glamorous synthpop in the same way as its neighbouring Nordic nations are – but with ‘Ihana’, Chisu has come out with glitter cannons blazing, to fight this cause on behalf of her nation. The production on this is sublime. And even some Swedish popstars would crawl across the border on their knees for a record this good.
