What’s this? Swedish pop icon Charlotte Perrelli has today released a remix package for her Eurovision winner – sorry, Melodifestivalen finalist – ‘Still Young’.
What an inspired choice! Indeed. After all, nothing says Still Young like one’s stubborn refusal to stop frequenting the clubs!
What’s she delivered? Herself and top-tier Swedish producer Joakim Molitor have given us three new versions of ‘Still Young’ – the anthem edit, the summer edit and the club edit.
What are they like? The anthem edit gives the song a Swedish House vibe, while the summer edit is like a more chilled out version of the anthem edit. The club edit, meanwhile, takes the original song and merely lights a fairly large rocket under its perfectly choreographed feet – very true to the version you heard at Melodifestivalen, but raved up considerably.
