What’s this? Well it might not look it from those unassuming names on the title, but this is a much-anticipated comeback that’s been ten years in the making unfolding before our eyes, and indeed, ears.
Pray tell. Nia is a one Gathania. The Swedish Idol graduate who started working with Jonas von der Burg post-show, and released a flurry of magnificence at the end of the ’00s, most notably the sublime ‘Blame It On You’.
And she’s got a brand-new song out? On which she’s reunited with none other than Jonas von der Burg!
What’s it like? Blissed-out, summer-ready dance-pop with only the minor-key melancholy of the melody intentionally stopping it from veering into full euphoria.
