Another new track? The Great Annie unleashes her ‘Endless Summer’ at the end of next week, and this week treats us to another new cut, after last week’s ‘Cara Mia’. It’s called ‘Dadaday’, and JESUS it’s amazing.
Oooh! How so? It’s the sound of Annie going FULL-ON bubblegum Scandipop. It’s got a chorus that Infernal or September would have killed for back in their glory days. And as much as we’ve loved every incarnation of Annie over the past decade, ‘Dadaday’ could well herald the arrival of Ms Strand into her very own glory days. This new EP can’t come soon enough.
