This week’s guest Spotify playlister for scandipop is Martin Bøge Pedersen of Electric Lady Lab. The band are currently WOWING pop fans across the stratosphere with the arrival of last week’s new single from them, ‘Touch Me‘. But despite already proving himself to be a dab hand at the music making process himself, Martin has compiled a list of songs that he wishes that he had written himself!
29 tracks, with a dizzying amount of variation between them all. But the one thing they all have in common is that they’re the ultimate envy of the man behind Electric Lady Lab. A wishlist of tracks that he’d love to have been involved in the making of. Britney, Justin and Rihanna sit alongside The Human League, Erasure, and a-ha. Madonna, Robyn, and Lady Gaga are featured amongst U2, Depeche Mode, and Rage Against The Machine. And Cyndi Lauper, Kate Bush, and Jay-Z frolic around music from Nirvana, The Killers, and Wu-Tang Clan! It’s an interesting insight into one half of the team of minds behind one of our favourite albums of the year – Electric Lady Lab’s ‘Flash’.
