Today came the announcement and the release of this year’s official Stockholm Pride song. Artists from Alcazar to Lena Philipsson to BWO to Janet Leon have had the honour before. And this year it goes to Ola Salo and Kleerup.
A dark and moody Kleerup production on which he goes slightly trip-hop. And a passionate vocal from the former frontman of The Ark, with which he sings of a universal love – the underlying message of Gay Pride in 2014. He’s joined by a choir later on, and the whole thing ends up feeling like an almighty love-in between straight, gay, and everything in between.
