The best song of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest has been given a Kate Ryan style makeover, sending it on its way on a night out clubbing, and making it sound even better! ‘Je Ne Sais Quoi’ by Hera Bjork will represent Iceland at the contest in May. It performs last in Semi Final 1, which should give it a huge advantage. Especially since a lot of the songs before it are awful ballad dross! We loved the song before now, as it was the perfect schlager powerhouse, complete with key change and a daring vocal that only Hera could conquer. Now it’s been remixed and produced by the amazing Niclas Kings (who incidentally, has also produced a lot of Kate Ryan’s music, hence the comparison!). Everything good about the original is still intact, but with added goodness. We’re officially rooting for Iceland at Eurovision!
