Bright young thing Miriam Bryant was introduced to Sweden on a large scale yesterday morning, when she gave the first TV performance of her splendiferous new single ‘Push Play’ on Nyhetsmorgon. She also did last year’s buzz track, the Adele-esque ‘Finders Keepers’. And both songs have since cascaded up the Swedish iTunes chart as a result.
More about ‘Push Play’ here. It really is a superb song, and hopefully a standard that she’ll keep to throughout 2013. If she does, well wow. Just wow.
We saw this lady perform live for the first time (our first time seeing her, not her first time performing live) in Stockholm this week. She was very good. VERY good. She also played a WiMP session this week, and you can watch the 15 minute live show here.
