Single of the week this week is ‘Take My Body Close’ by the ever reliable Velvet. It sounds like one of her old songs that’s been remixed by Sunblock and then passed onto Star Pilots for a final fiddle with. It’s been out for a while already, but this website wasn’t around back then so we’re going to mention it now instead. It’s been another big hit for her this year in Sweden, after her Melodifestivalen song ‘Déjà vu’ was one of the first tracks from the contest to be released after it was relegated in Heat One. It’s the fourth song to be made available from her yet to be released second album, and by the sounds of everything so far – it’s going to be one hell of an album.
