SVT have unveiled the dates and venues of each of the six shows of Melodifestivalen 2011. And here they are;
- Deltävling 1: lördag 5 februari 2011 i Coop Arena, Luleå
- Deltävling 2: lördag 12 februari 2011 i Scandinavium, Göteborg
- Deltävling 3: lördag 19 februari 2011 i Cloetta Center, Linköping
- Deltävling 4: lördag 26 februari 2011 i Malmö Arena, Malmö
- Andra chansen lördag 5 mars 2011 i Nordichallen, Sundsvall
- Finalen lördag 12 mars 2011 i Globen, Stockholm
HOW EXCITING!
We’re seriously tempted to go to all four heats and the final. It’s very realistic and not silly at all.
Swedish press have already been getting into a frenzy over potential participants, but scandipop won’t be writing about any rumours. It all tends to get a bit ridiculous every year before the final list is announced, with just about every artist possible, named as a rumoured contestant! On here, we’ll only be writing what’s fact, or at the very least the most interesting stories.
But yes, we guess that this means that Melodifestivalen 2011 season is officially OPEN! And how about that fancy new logo?!
