It fell upon two of Lionheart’s stable of artists to be the stars of the show of last night’s Lotta På Liseberg – recent Swedish Idol runner-up Robin Stjernberg, and the legendary and inimitable Nanne Grönwall.
Robin performed current single ‘On My Mind’, plus his most memorable cover version from the Idol shows – ‘Halo’ by Beyonce. He also led the crowd in an allsång rendition of ‘Michaelangelo’, a song which we’d actually never heard before we moved to Sweden, but one which has been totally ingrained on our mind now and forever more. Maybe it says more about the type of parties we attend, but it just ALWAYS seems to be played!
Nanne Grönwall focused most of her attention on her current ‘My Rock Favourites’ phase (WHAT A WOMAN!), but also pandered to the schlager crowd and performed the one and only ‘Håll Om Mig’.
