Here’s the debut single from a new Swedish pop starlet. ‘Wonder Where You Are’ by Linn Brikell.
A song that starts off as a solemn piece of guitar angst– but soon reveals itself to be concealing an almighty big pop chorus on its person. And once that comes out to play, everything changes. For the better, obviously. It’s as catchy as sin. And not only stays with you after the song has finished playing, but demands a second play instantly so that you don’t even need to rely on the part of your memory which the melody has just been forever ingrained upon to be able to hum it again. And that readers, is how we like our choruses to go.
