Jenny Redenkvist today premiered the video for her new single ‘Dynamite’ on Finest TV.
In it, the Swedish poptart is going all retro chic – harking back to the days when sex actually did sell a pop video. Blissfully ignoring feminism’s fast forwarding of the mindset of pop culture, she switches between two equally salacious outfits – a black leather corset combo, and skin tight, shorter than short, shorts. And both constantly topped off by vigorous swishing of her enviably long and blonde hair. Hot stuff.
The song itself is pure pop. With a faux rock edge to it. It’s not quite as explosive as its title teases towards, but we at least felt a tremor of excitement as it played out.
