Danish popstrel Jasmin has just released her third single – the conveniently titled ‘Repeat’.
It follows on from ‘Løber I Stiletter’ and ‘Mit Rette Element’. And it’s been a long time coming – a year to the month since her previous single!
This new one is (thankfully) more of the same. Dance music with a slightly darker edge musically, but with a hankering for pop, melodically. And once again it’s all in Danish, despite the deceptively English title. There’s a line in the chorus during which we like to squint our ears and imagine it translates as “I listen to Glee on my iPod” – we’re not going crazy, right?
