What’s this? The debut single from 20-year-old Norwegian artist Hilde Skaar. Or SKAAR, as she’ll be known as for the purposes of her pop career. This is her debut single ‘Higher Ground’.
What’s it like? A beat-heavy, mid-tempo ballad that rouses as it goes. Ideal film-soundtrack material. And as it happens, it accompanies the Norwegian film Battle, released in cinemas this Friday.
