Who? A new band from Denmark. A collective of sorts. Made up of seven musicians who’ve all been dotted around the Danish music industry before. This is Nymalet.
And the members? Asger Techau, Christian Hjelm, Daniel Buchwald, Johan Olsen, Katinka Bjerregaard, Torben Guldager and Trine Jørck.
What are they out with? They’ve just released their debut single and video – ‘Selvom Du’.
What’s it like? If you’re a fan of their fellow Danes, Alphabeat, then you’ll probably find a lot to love here, too. Up-tempo, bop-worthy pop that brings a smile to the face and joy to the heart – regardless of whether or not you understand a word of Danish.
