Over the weekend we had the final of this year’s series of Swedish Idol. That means we now have a new Swedish Idol champ – Martin Almgren. And it also means we have a new WINNER’S SINGLE – ‘Can’t Hold Me Down’. It was written by former Idol runner-up (and Melodifestivalen winner!) Robin Stjernberg, along with Karl-Ola Kjellholm and Isa Ljunggren. It’s an epic pop track, as is the style of the winner’s single every year. This one’s a little bit more special than most though – with flavours of folk, and even trip-hop (!!!).
