Who? Lava Linell is Norway’s first ever virtual artist. Developed by the creative collective Cyberspace, signed by Universal Music Norway, and with inspiration taken from FKA Twigs, Charli XCX and Kim Petras. Her debut single is out today – ‘All My Plans’.
But like, what? Honestly, it’s easier just to go along with it – when the tune is this good, it matters not who is delivering it. Or what, in this case.
What’s the song like? A super-sassy pop banger about cancelling all of those optimistic plans you made during COVID times and giving absolutely zero fucks about it. Quite possibly the best new release of the week, ludicrously.
