Who’s this chap?! This is Karl Klevan, a 20 year old from Tønsberg in Norway. You’ve heard of YouTube stars becoming popstars – well Karl is a “Vine star” in his native Norway, apparently. And now releases his debut single ‘Play Along’.
What’s it like? A slick, well produced electropop track with an instant chorus and a dramatic post-chorus. The first verse is a bit of a challenge, but if you stick with it then you’re rewarded with a cracking great pop song.
